Custom-Made Gift for the Grandchild
“Jinbei-san”(Japanese Summer Clothe) for babies made from traditional Japanese- patterned knit fabric was ordered for a baby girl-the customer’s first grandchild. Thank you very much.
The “Jinbei-san” is made from 100% cotton knit fabric in a soft, gentle texture and features a charming well-digit pattern in a chinese pink colour. The bottom is designed as bloomer-style pants, adding an extra touch of baby-like cuteness.
The order was placed by a customer living in Kyoto. She chose this “Jinbei-san” for local summer festivals, knowing how hot Kyoto summer can be.
When she received the item, she kindly shared her impression, saying, “I’m surprised at how much softer it is than imagined.”
I was truly delighted to hear those words.
She also sent us an adorable photo of her grandchild wearing it, which warmed our hearts.
We were also relieved and happy to hear that the baby’s mother was delighted, saying the fabric felt incredibly soft and comfortable.
The photo they shared captured her looking very content and cheerful- an image that truly speaks for itself.
About year later, they kindly sent us another update.

Looking at the photo from last year, where she fit snugly in her push chair, and then seeing her now–so much more grown-up–as happy as if she were my own grandchild.
